Recommendations for mainland UK holidays with good outdoor pools or water play

I would really like to find a mainland UK holiday that has a really good outdoor pool/water play area. Either a hotel, caravan park, holiday park. No camping though, sorry it’s just not for me!
does anyone know of one?
South is ideal, but happy to travel.

Premier Inn Paignton Seafront (Goodrington Sands). On the seafront lovely safe beach and really good water park right next door.
