I live very nearby Het Heijderbos so have done this drive many times. To be honest we don't usually stop. None of the services along the route are particularly remarkable and some are only for trucks.
Jabbeke on the E40 in Belgium is okay, as is Drongen. There's another on the E17 just as you approach Antwerp. The next one is then on the E34 (Dutch A67) just as your cross into the Netherlands. It's called Het Goor.
If you are looking for petrol we pull off the motorway at Retie and fill up in the first village a few hundred yards up the road before turning around and rejoining the motorway. It's the cheapest petrol but self service (pay with a bank card) and there are no toilets.
Once at Het Heijderbos you can fill up in Germany as you're so close to the border and it's a lot cheaper.

Hazeldonk on the E19 has some of the best service station food ever! So good that when I used to drive coaches for a Dutch company we were scheduled to stop there every time. But the E19 is about 10 minutes slower than the E34 so probably you won't go on the E19.
