Macedonia holidays

Has anyone been to Macedonia for a holiday . Is there a beach town area ? Did you like it ?

It’s landlocked, but lake Ohrid has ‘beaches’ around the lake. Visited two years ago and thought it was lovely.

It has been 10 years so it will have changed but Ohrid was fab, but not your typical beach resort. Town is lovely, history, pretty, plenty of restaurants and bars, good value. Lake is gorgeous but the beaches are small and pebbly. Airport is about 20 min away. HTH
