Midlands spa break recommendations

DH and I are in desperate need of a break and have decided to do a spa stay.

We’ve done Hoar Cross many times (but never stayed over). We’d maybe like to try elsewhere but it would need to be as good or better than Hoar Cross.

Ragdale looks amazing but we can only do one night as it’s our first time away from DC, and I’m pretty sure they only offer two night breaks.

Any recommendations for others to try in the Midlands area?

Not technically a spa break - but The Tawny is gloriously relaxing and feels like a real treat.

Buxton Crescent. Spa is amazing, I haven't stayed over but the hotel underwent a major refurbishment not so long ago so I'd expect it is lovely.

Right in the town centre so good for eating out if you don't want to eat in the hotel and also good for access to Peak District.

@TurtleGroove Good shout, we have been to The Tawny for food a few times and it’s beautiful. Will have a look at their stay options, thank you.

@Bjorkdidit totally forgot about The Crescent. Not far from home either, thank you
