Hello!

Anybody out there whos flown with Easyjet? I'd like to know about the hand luggage dimensions - is the size stated from end to end of the case ie - from wheel stump to handle or just the size of the case?

Only because the labels on the case state its within the 55x40x20 that easyjet require but measuring it from wheel to handle its over the requirement. the last thing i want is to be told its too big - i'll have all DS things init.

Please help!!

I don't think we've ever had bags measured . There is a frame thing to put it through at airport to demonstrate it is ok but your sounds fine. Don't think the wheels count !

i always fly with easyjet. never had a problem. i have had my hand luggage couple of times so big and full of stuff that they told me to push it myself under the machine to make it fit through as they dont want to break anything and it was huge and needed some heavy pushing

and last time i went with my lovely ds and all my luggages was overweight and oversized. they all just smiled to me and didnt ask a question. i quess if u have the baby they forgive(and know themselfs

sometimes i carry some of the clothes over my hand. it is legal and doesnt count as a hand luggage.

im a girl who likes to carry all her room with her at all the times

and the airplane company doesnt make difference , its the airport saff who make the decisions. as all the passangers pass the same check in.

thanks brio thats really reassuring. have you by any chance used the pre paid excess baggage online yet? they say i can do it online but theres no option to do it under change my booking etc - and getting no luck from them via email - i'm going to have to resort to ringing their extortionate phone line or pay the higher excess baggage fee at the airport.
