Recommendations for a French town with a good gluten free bakery

I’m looking to spend a month in France with my kids next summer but two of them (and myself) are gluten free for medical reasons. Does anyone know of a town in France (not a city) that has a good gluten free bakery? We just had great luck in Paris with Copains but I’m searching for a town where my kids can play football, interact with French kids, and walk on their own safely. thanks in advance if you have any ideas! (And I can post my gluten free Paris finds if anyone is interested!)

There is one in Annecy called Liber Art they also have a great patisserie and gluten free tea room.

Following with interest for any recommendations that come in, how did you find eating out gluten free in general in Paris?

@Equalizer i specifically sought out gluten free spots - one time when we went a place I hadn’t researched well I was glutened and the other time was fine but I felt like I could have easily been. The French really love their gluten!
