AI, 2 bed apartment over looking entertainment

I think I’m looking for a unicorn of a holiday to accomdate my autistic child. Ideally I would like

• AI but ability to take food back to the room for child with eating disorder
• 2 bed apartment
• balcony over looking entertainment
• play park suitable for a tall 10 year old
• transfer time no longer than an hour from the airport

In the past we’ve loved TUI Blue but lots has changed with their entertainment programme and a recent holiday with them wasn’t good.

Tui Holiday Village Rhodes has duplexes but you’d need to check if you can see the entertainment as it is in a kind of amphitheatre style. Holiday Village Ibiza doesn’t have duplexes but does have sliding doors between the bedrooms in the family rooms. You can see the entertainment from some.
