A week in Sweden in July

Hi there, planning a week in Sweden in July with a 15-year-old. We'll need to end the week in Copenhagen so don't want to go too far north. We want probably 3 days of simple, unfussy relaxation in nature, at a lake or an island, with a few days of visiting. Any suggestions as to where to head for? It's our first trip to Sweden. Many thanks.

15 might be too old but we stayed on an alpaca farm which was lovely. They do things like canoeing and moose place nearby. Needs a car. Not too far from Stockholm.

If you like wildlife there's also Wild Sweden, not used them but looks good.

Gothenburg Archipelago might be worth a shot? The city is lovely for a mooch and food as well.
