April euro camp in france

Wondered about a very last minute trip to France next week. Eurocamp sites in Brittany look suspiciously cheap ie £200 for 5 or 6 nights.

I know the weather isn't great, but thought if it has an indoor pool and places we can drive to it would be OK?

Just wondering if others have done this, as we've only been in the summer before

  • are indoor pools warm enough, as it looks like covers but not inside proper buildings
  • are the mobile homes warm enough?
  • do they feel a bit like ghost towns or are enough people around?

I'm normally concerned about crowds, heat etc in summer but the opposite with this!

We are just outside Paris, it’s quiet but pool is warm and we have coats as temp is same as London. Static home is very warm.

Did this a couple of years ago, no regrets fantastic holiday! Including eurotunnel came to about £500 all in, we took a lot of our own food to cook in the static caravan and it was great. Enough people and stuff to do on the campsite, never felt boring
