Do TUI offer extensions to the final holiday balance payment date?

Do TUI offer payment extensions of final balance date ?
my due date is 12 weeks before

No, you afreee to the payment term when you book. If you are unable to travel then you have to rely on you travel insurance

It’s not about not been able to travel. What I mean is can I extend the payment due date. I know jet2 do it just don’t know about Tui. Like having a few extra weeks to pay it all off

No they don’t. If you’ve not paid the balance off then they cancel your holiday This is from their website under “booking terms and conditions.”

Good luck. But if they don't offer extension the next step would probably be to see if you can find/borrow the money from elsewhere because if you don't pay in full and they cancel on you, you'll probably owe a lot of the money anyway by way of the cancellation fee - a lot of people don't realise that its not just the deposit they've already paid that they lose.

If it's not a crazy extension I'm sure they would agree. They're a reasonable company. Call them and see what they can offer you.

You would need to check that defaulting doesn't mean that you are liable for the full cost. Or if there is a time / amount where you can say I don't want to go and not be liable for full amount.

Yes they will try sort something out for you or switch to a cheaper holiday. Did you book online or in person. Our local tui travel agency are great for stuff like this.

Definitely talk to them. But when you said your due date was 12 weeks before the holiday, I thought you meant "due date" as in having a baby (which is probably NOT what you meant!).

You could extend it by paying on your credit card. That would give you a months grace at least.
