Is it sensible to fly to Cyprus tomorrow given recent Middle East escalation?

Dd due to fly to Cyprus tomorrow with her dad, my ex partner. I feel the situation in the Middle East has escalated over the past 24 hours. I had literally packed for her but the escalation is concerning me to the point I would rather she didn’t go. Thoughts?

The FCDO advice hasn't changed. I cannot see how anything that's happened in Yemen affects a trip to Cyprus tbh.

I'd go tbh. Cyprus is very incidental to this whole thing, only by virtue of there being a military base and the focus seems very much elsewhere. Assuming your DD isn't staying on or near the base (who are likely to be at a higher state of readiness and managing more traffic than usual) I wouldn't expect her to be impacted at all.

They would had to travel through Dhekelia base to get to the resort and are then only 38km away from it. They cant go round it as that is going over the boarder into north Cyprus.
