Hello.
I am looking to relocate to Paris in a couple of years. I know it is.not.easy to.rent there, my question is how hard is it, and do you have a better chance a little bit outside? Id be ok spending up to €1500 per month.

€1500 will not rent you much. Are you alone or with family? We pay €2.2k pcm for a 2 bed flat, albeit with underground parking etc, just outside Paris (equivalent Greater London). 20 min journey on the fast RER to Paris.

Renting is hard; you need to put together a dossier with loads of information, including proof of payments from previous rentals etc. You could start with a longer term Air bnb for a while.

Thanks for the info. I would be alone.
I have another option to possibly buy but will need to save for a bit longer. I am monitoring banlieue studio apartment prices at the moment.
