Hi

I am looking for a working farm cottage to take my 13 year old & dog. I really want an authentic farm. Any ideas gratefully received.

Thank you

Sooo, I just want to go to a working farm somewhere in the UK with my son and dog. I want to have an authentic experience i.e. farm animals being around etc. I don't mind where really.

I think you're unlikely to find one that would allow you to take your dog tbh

Truthfully, your dog will be an issue if you want to spend time on any mixed or livestock farm.

In what way?

Plenty of working farms will allow dogs on site. You just need to make sure you keep them on a lead.

We usually book through one of the main holiday cottage sites or Air BnB.
