Hi, just looking for hotels in Barcelona city centre if anyone has any recommendations where you have stayed please? Never been so finding it a little confusing. Some of the hotels on booking that I see then have very mixed reviews. Just two nights without kids so doesn’t have to be swanky but clean and comfortable. Thanks

You want round the gothic quarter at a push the square. H10’s are always a win for us in the city stayed in a few of them.

avoid bottom of las ramblas it’s the red light district

hotel catedral was good as well. Amazing brekkie!

Gran Hotel Havana. Taxi rank right outside as well so easy to get to the airport

We stayed here a few years ago - best hotel breakfast I've ever had !

I stayed in Onix Liceo recently. Inexpensive, great location and comfortable. There is a bakery on the same street and the market a short walk away.

Walked past the other week and I was like can I sneak in! 🤣 the H10 madison was excellent if you go back to BCN!
