Where to go away in November for an 18th

My dd is 18 in November so I want to take her away for 4/5 days somewhere ..I’m not going to tell her the destination I’m going to get her to guess at the airport! I’m leaning towards somewhere with a little bit of sun I think that would be nice..originally I was thinking Paris but my ds suggested somewhere with a holiday sun vibe would be better…so where?
Any suggestions lovely people

What sort of thing does she enjoy? Does she like the sun if not Paris sounds great if she likes art/city breaks… New York? Barcelona?

Canaries really your only option for guaranteed sun by November. I think most other European beach destinations will be shut for winter by November.

Thanks for replies , she prefers sun holidays so she told me last summer when we were in Spain, we’ve had a few city breaks and I originally thought Paris would be nice until ds mentioned otherwise and thinking about what dd said I think he’s right.
The Canaries sounds great if I can find something not too expensive I’ll have to start checking out love holidays
