Grace Bay … it’s stunning. Very expensive though. We didn’t stay in a hotel so don’t have any accommodation reccys.

We stayed in a beautiful villa but visited restaurants nightly. It was first romantic trip ever with DH and no kids and we had been married 20: years by then! It was beautiful and romantic but it was extraordinarily expensive to eat out or even to buy groceries. Think £300 for dinner for 2, 2 courses and sharing one bottle of wine. We were so glad we hadn’t taken 3 adult daughters who like a cocktail with us!

I lived near Grace Bay on Provo for about 3 years as a teenager (at least during school
hols, I was in the UK term time), one of my parents worked there.

Very lovely place much developed since I first went. Beautiful beach. Conch shells and wonderful sea life. It was expensive then; it’s dependent on everything being shipped and flown in.

Also had hurricane warnings most seasons, they were not fun!
