Paris hotels

Hello! We are going to Paris soon with 2 young kids. Can anyone recommend a hotel? Not a super expensive one as we don’t spend a lot of time in the room. Just comfortable, clean and in a fab location! Thank you so much

We enjoyed Hotel de Flore, which is in Montmartre 5 minutes from a metro station. I stayed here with an 8 year old and they were wonderfully accommodating. It’s a fairly small traditional hotel rather than a bigger, anonymous chain. Very easy to get anywhere on the metro or to get the bus.

Edited to add that it was on the quieter side of the Montmartre hill so felt Parisian rather than touristy, and there were eating places and a supermarket on the same street. It was clean and comfortable, and reasonably priced. Staff were super helpful.

I like Le Clos Medici, it’s right opposite the Luxembourg Gardens so lots for children to see and do!

We stayed here with older kids as they had interconnecting rooms which worked really well
