Emirates holidays current response times

Has anyone tried to contact Emirates holidays (not the airline directly - we have booked a package via emirates holidays) via email since Saturday & had a response?
We are within a fortnight of flying & I want to cancel/change but am just wondering how likely I am to get a response at all/a timeframe if travel is not within 72 hours.
lt’s a holiday for a 50th birthday so want to be able to plan something else sooner rather than later (ha!)

Not tried and we are Emirates airlines but it says on the website don't contact us unless travelling within 72 hours. We have similar issues and very strict dates due to caring responsibilities we can take. I don't anticipate hearing about our flights until the morning of the flight. We have cancelled everything else as it was free cancellation. I think you can cancel now and pay cancellation charges (about £1k in our case) though not sure money will come back before the holiday as they have so many to deal with. We may need to plan another holiday (as we also cannot risk delays) but will need to pay for it and wait it out for our flight to Sri Lanka via Dubai to see if its cancelled or cancel ourselves an hour before departure and pay the £1,000. At the moment we are working on the basis we will lose that. The only other thing is as this goes on they may offer different things like different dates so we are in two minds whether to book something else yet though as its so rare we can get cover different dates may not help. I am currently just planning.

You should be ok now as emirates flight only passengers only can request refunds if they are booked up until 31st March.
However Emirates holidays still only the next 72 hours (Ive spoken to them on the phone twice & theres no budging although yes they agree if I hadn't booked a package Id have been issued a refund by now)

We fly with emirates annually sometimes multiple times, always booking with emirates holidays & theyve lost any goodwill from me & I dont think I’ll ever use them again (Not that they will care about that but I’m sure multiple people will be feeling the same!)

I cant understand why they cant apply the same rules to the package side of things as the flights.

Thanks - yes its good its changed today and would imagine / hope the holidays will follow. Though the FAQ says the full refunds only go to 12th and the form you fill in says I agree to pay cancellation charges on my tickets. So I am being careful. Hope you get a solution. On another forum it says on cancellation form write at bottom INVOL refund. Some people have been refunded minus fees.

Think refunds may take a few weeks though we are fine with that just don't want the £1,000 fees if possible. Not sure about seats think that's a separate thing.

Now FAQs have been updated. Have now filled in form putting in comments INVOL cancellation and that its for full refund. Says 15 days. Done 1 per passenger wasn't clear. Will see what get back. Not sure of seat bookings.
