Going to Loire valley to stay with IL's in July, they are going to have DD so that DP and I can have two nights to ourselves in Paris. What would you do with them? I need ideas!

We are obviously planning to stay in the hotel a bit and catch up on sleep and errrm stuff but would like a nice evening out too.

Paris.... sex, good food and wine, and lots of sleep.

Culture if you absolutely feel it is necessary.

DO stuff?
WHAT stuff?

You remind me of my PILS
they always have to be DOING things
it wears me out

DH and I reckon it is covering up for deperation and sadness in marriage and empty emotional lives

CountessDracula · 17/06/2008 12:57

and lack of sex

I think you can always put "have relaxed coffee somewhere" on your list of things to do...

CountessDracula · 17/06/2008 12:59

and make note to self: try not to clench teeth between sips

i mean, the eiffel tower isn't going anywhere is it? you can always come back if you really feel the need to be up there...

My DH & I got dragged to the Moulin Rouge for someones 40th a few months back. It was unintentionally the funniest evening we have had out in years. Not a cheap evening out and you have to have dinner there as well, but it was hilarious. I think you need a very warped sense of humour, mind. On our table of 6 couples there were four of us unable to talk for laughing so much, and 8 others who couldn't work out what on earth was funny about it all.
