Good place to go on holiday?

Like to do a little sightseeing, relaxing on a beach and good restaurants of an evening. Which resort would you recommend?

lovely hotel.
i would avoid Kotor. We visited on the bus from HN and there were three huge cruise ships docked at the time and it really ruined this beautiful town as everywhere was packed with tourists groups.
