Parking at Luton airport - where's best?

Flying from Luton in early July. Never flown from here before as we live 40 minutes from Manchester where we normally do Drop & Go.

Is there anything similar at Luton that people could recommend. Thanks

We use car park 2. It’s not cheap but it’s a ten minute walk so convenient.

We always use Purple Parking; off-site, secure, & a regular shuttle bus to the terminal.

We always use long stay, never had to wait long for the bus which drops you outside the terminal.

We always use Mid-Stay and then walk to the terminal. There is a shuttle service but it’s only 10 minutes’ walk and suitable for roller-cases so we don’t bother with the shuttle. Also if you have an early or late flight and need an airport hotel, there are several just across the road from the car park.

Airport approved meet and greet, once you've done it you'll never go back to the shuttle bus 😁

Weirdly, the short stay is often very similar in price to the mid-stay so we usually go with that. Long stay is miles away and the buses used to be quite infrequent but I haven’t used it for years. Have heard too many bad stories to use meet and greet.

We got an offer on meet and greet at Luton which was only £55 for the week. Bargain and utterly seamless.

Always go for the meet and greet that’s got a stand on airport now as had bad experience with one at Heathrow.

Be very wary of meet and greets, find out exactly where they are storing your car and make a note of your mileage when they collect it from you. So many horror stories.
