Budget stay in southern cotswolds?

Looking for cheap stay in cotswolds, north of Bath for solo walking trip. any ideas please ? tall ask i know but money quite tight end of month..

What's your budget, do you want a hotel, b&b, hostel. Do you drive or need to be near public transport. North of bath covers a huge area, what are your dates.

Where would you be travelling from, if you don't drive you're better to base yourself near a train station or coach stop.
