Where would you go in the world in Easter?

Just that! No budget, where do you pick?

Japan because winter is too cold, summer is too hot and April is perfect. Plus it’s cherry blossom season and nothing would close over Easter weekend.

Well I’m currently hooked to go to Butlins in Skegness…. As fun as that will be, if no budget I’d go for the Caribbean if it’s outside of the hurricane season (can’t remember when that ends/starts). Not sure if I’d go somewhere I haven’t been before or revisit a place I went and enjoyed when younger.

if it’s hurricane season, I think I’d go to Australia instead. I’d like to go and visit my best friend who moved out there years ago now and meet her daughter for the first time.

Southern Italy. I love Easter there with all the evocative processions - the candlelit procession on Procida is beautiful. Not forgetting the food, especially the casatiello and abundant artichokes. The weather can vary but it's generally pleasantly warm, at least better than England.

I’m spending my third Easter in a row in Japan. For me, it’s the perfect Easter destination and we go to different places each time that we visit. There’s such a huge range of things to see and do.

We’re going to south east Spain to visit family. If money were no object, probably the Maldives.
