Give me what you've got! If you've stayed in a riad in Marrakech or somewhere lovely in Essouaria and can recommend, please do, I'm all ears. Budget mid but can stretch, but not to El Fenn level.

Also restaurants, bars, and any general info welcome, splitting time between Marrakech and Essouraria but accom sorted for Essouaria, two well travelled adults no kids.
