Valencia hotel?

a friend and I are planning a short trip to Valencia at the end of April. We haven’t travelled together for a while, I’m used to airbnbs, she’s used to hotels. I don’t really mind either way for a short break.

can anyone recommend a hotel in the old town or Russafa districts? Preferably with a good breakfast!! I think those are the areas I’d prefer to be based (for easy access to low-key restaurants/bars in the evening) but open to suggestions.

Valencia is fabulous.

All hotels are good.

Make sure you go to the Aquarium, biggest in Europe.

We went to Valencia many years ago and stayed at One Shot hotel. Was good from memory.

Hotel Zenit next to Estacio del Norte was excellent

We stayed at a lovely hotel called Casa Clarita, booked through Booking.Com. Great location, quiet and a lovely breakfast. I’d definitely stay there again.
Valencia is a fabulous city. You’ll love it!

Thank you, these hotels look good. Would still appreciate other recommendations, if anyone else has any? Thank you!

I stayed at the Barcelo. Lovely breakfast and rooftop bar, walking distance to the City of Arts and Sciences complex.

Stayed at the Helen Berger last year, it was great. Perfect old town location and we were fine with a long walk on the greenway to Arts&Sciences. It was such a lovely city to be in. And the Holy Grail is there 😂
