Ryanair verification - third party!?

Has anyone had this? I booked some flights via the Ryanair website earlier. A couple of hours later and it's now saying I need to verify because I booked through a third party. I've done the verification thing (standard one, not sure how long it takes) but the thing is I used the Ryanair website so I'm really confused as to why it's been flagged

Has anyone else had this?

Yes, currently dealing with or trying to deal with this right now!
Nightmare!
Can’t get into booking at all.
Got to the top of the chat queue a couple of times and been kicked off.
I’m not usually one to grumble about Ryanair. They mean I can travel from a local airport and I generally accept that you get what you pay for, but this is really annoying!
Worse thing is that DH paid and used his debit card instead of credit card, otherwise we’d have sent copies of all our attempts to bank and asked for a charge back.

Exactly the same here, so odd. I think the customer service shuts at 7 on Sundays, so you might not get any help today. Did you do the verification thing?

Tried the verification and wouldn’t recognise either of the names on the booking.
I book numerous Ryanair flights every year and have never had this happen before!
We’ve had emails confirming the booking but are unable to log into it.

Same! I've done the verification thing with my driving license but honestly I'm not really sure what happens next. It was just mine, not my husband's. Apparently it's a common problem so hopefully it'll be sorted for us both in the morning.

DH got it all sorted today… long wait to get to front of chat queue but once there they were very efficient.
Apparently when he bought tickets his phone obscured his email - so used a fake email but the emails get directed to you.
But they sorted that out and did the ticket changes we needed at the same time.
