Thailand and healthcare….advice please

Considering Thailand - two islands, in October and need some advice regarding hospital/healthcare. I’m post organ transplant and need to be able to access hospital if needed (hopefully not).
I would have health insurance.

Is this a big risk or am I overthinking?

Private health care in Thailand is excellent. I suggest you speak to your travel insurers and ask which hospitals their company partners with and take it from there.
It really does depend on which islands you are considering. You should probably look at the best hospitals first then choose your holiday location.
