Does anyone have recommendations for an all inclusive family holiday, don’t want a flight longer than 3 hours, children age 12-7. There is 6 of us so need somewhere we can join rooms up. want a large pool with water slides etc, play areas etc, and terrible holiday night entertainment, the tackier the better. Ideally somewhere also near a town that we can go for a wander to the shops just to get out of the hotel for a while. All recommendations greatly appreciated :)

Time of year?

You'd probably like Benidorm!

Try magic Natura outside Benidorm, probably ticks all those boxes

Another vote for Benidorm, don’t let the snobs put you off. There’s genuinely something for everyone then, with spotless beaches, and lots to do.

I mean - something for everyone there!

Yeah, there's quite a few family resorts in that area. I found in Benidorm they obviously cater for a lot of different types of holidaymaker but it's quite clearly delineated. The young adults coming for sex, drugs and rock n'roll tend not to want to waste money in resorts where you're paying for facilities you won't use.

I can't be specific as to rooms, but you can make waterparks or slides one of your criteria on the budget package sites.
