Italy, French Riviera, or Croatia Early May with a toddler & pregnant?

First week or May, our little one will be nearly 3 and I will be 6 months pregnant!!

Flying from the UK

Any recommendations please? Where would you go? Any resorts that you would recommend?

we Have done the French Riviera in may and will be going again this year. Kids were 4,5 and 11 last year and loved it. We went to Antibes and near to st tropez - port grimaud

We did Tuscany with a toddler and pregnant with second, I did struggle with the gelato (scared to eat it as not sure of raw egg etc), and soft cheese, but I ate lots of pasta and pizza no problem, toddler was v happy with everything except the cold swimming pool!
