As above really.
A private room in a central hostel for people aged 35 and above OR a room rented from a hoat would be ideal but first one doesn't exist.
Unless there's an alternative to Airbnb which I had a very bad experience with, Im going to be either paying for a single room and risk feeling isolated (its a wonderful city but can have an effect of anomie) or risking not sleeping in a dormitory room full of young people . In a way at 50 (albeit a young 50) I'd rather not take up a bed designed for young people wirh smaller budgets, seems a bit entitled. So, do you have any tips?kI tried vrbo but seems ot only does entire places whereas Im after a room in someone's house.
