Forget October then, what about this? Are the queues really bad through out the summer holidays, even during the week?

If you conflict with the French being off then it is hellish. Huge lines to wait in. We went in January. The Friday and Saturday were busy but not too bad. Sunday was a nightmare.

There will be lots and lots of people there in the summer holidays. Off the wall but have you thought about Florida? Further to travel but much cheaper that Paris IMO.

We're going end of August for dd's b'day. Last time we went was the Ascension Day holiday and we didn't find queues too bad tbh even though the resort hotels were busy adn dinner bookings were difficult.

We have been in June and in September. Neither time did we find the queues 'really' bad. This time we are going in July (just before school holidays here) so hoping the queues won't be too busy then either!
Have always has the 'magic hour' before which is great, although a lot of rides are not open so need to check which ones are and you can head for them!
