TUI website timing out error

About a week ago I entered details into the TUI website for a holiday we were hoping to book, I got through to the payment page as I wanted to see what options there was for spreading the cost so I could budget accordingly. Now I want to actually book the holiday, every time I try to get through to the payment page it comes up with an error that the page has timed out.
I have-
Closed all open tabs with TUI on
Cleared internet cache, browsing data etc
Tried in the app with same results
Tried a different browser with same results
Tried on the computer instead of my phone but it won't let me log into my account, when I enter details it refreshes the page but still tells me to log in

Can anyone help?

Nothing beats a Jet2holiday

Ive had this happen with Tui. I had to start the search from scratch. I wonder if its because the prices fluctuate from day to day. Give their help line a call. Ive found them amazingly helpful every single time.

I can't get the same holiday from the same airport from Jet2 unfortunately!

I get the same error message on the app

I've cleared all the search data out, cleared my cache and started again and keep getting the same thing. One time it did come up with a message that my holiday was £1.01 cheaper than before 😂
