Dubai

Myself, my husband and 10 year old daughter will be spending 3 nights and 2 days in Dubai at Easter before travelling onto Thailand.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed about what to do in such a short space of time! I’ve been before with my husband so we’re looking for family friendly must dos. Also any restaurant recommendations would be appreciated too. Nice places but not over the top if that makes sense!

We’re staying on Jumeriah Beach if that helps.

Thank you!

Go to the Dubai mall and have dinner overlooking the fountains and burj khalifa outside ground floor lots of places to do that in

Honestly, OP, as you will know if you’ve been there before, the reason people like Dubai is that there are absolutely no ‘must sees’.

I do t think there’s much to see? Just chill out on the beach and go shopping in the malls.

Jumeirah Beach is about 30 mins (in normal traffic) from Dubai Mall and you could easily spend a day there and not even do any shopping! It has a good aquarium, the Burj Khalkha observation deck, free fountain water shows, ice rink… My favourite area is China Town. There’s a traditional Chinese home to explore, a giant panda, lots of restaurants, bubble tea shops, and a huge Chinese spa. We went in a few of the shops, had a cup of tea and visited the house – taking us about 1 hour.
