October half term family fly and flop?

School are starting two week Oct half term this year so considering a holiday for the ‘extra’ week.

We have a UK family break in May and Eurocamp style in the summer so ideally looking for an all inclusive.

Me, DH and 2 DC (6 and 5 so appreciate that fly and flop is a bit of a stretch!) but not fussed about culture/trips, warm enough to swim and playground/beach to keep us entertained for the week.

any suggestions for under £5k?

I think you may be bound to the Canaries and Cyprus. We went to both in October (last week though) and had in general good weather during the day, even with a day rain/overcast thrown in.

Already coolish late afternoon when the sun goes down, you definitley need a jumper in the evening.

We always went to Mallorca that week when the kids were little and had good weather, definitely warm enough to swim etc.

Malaga area would also be high 20s

HD Parque Cristobal in Tenerife is probably within budget and would be a good option. It’s within easy walking distance of a sandy beach, has a few small waterslides, pools are heated when it gets below a certain temperature and the kids clubs are good.

Turkey?

We went to Malta last October, averaged 25 most days and didn’t get much cooler in the evenings

Neilson or Mark Warner

We’ve done Cyprus a few times in early-mid October and the weather has been lovely, hot in the day but not unbearable and you just need a jacket in the evening. Or Canaries are always hot!

We've done Malaga at that time of year, pleasantly warm
