Thailand - Easter

Hello,

We are looking at Thailand for Easter with our 14 year old daughter. I am a bit lost in terms of knowing best resort to book - looking for something beautiful and not too lively - we have done Maldives. Mauritius and similar so looking for something which is a similar feel, spectacular scenery and decent accommodation. Direct flights are limited so also looking at going via Dubai - is that the best route?

Bear in mind that many places will be busier and on some days lively around Easter because it is Songkran. Look it up first before booking. Good fun but not for everyone. Koh Lanta is quiet and pretty and could suit your needs. Stay a few nights in Bangkok then short flight on to Krabi (drive to Lanta).
