My GP offers free typhoid, Hepatitis A and tetanus vaccines to their patients but never have any nurses or availability. If I go elsewhere do I have to pay or is there anywhere else on the NHS I can get them done as I presume these vaccines are offered free by the NHS rather than just by my GP?? Thank you

oh do you mean they never have appointments? They say they release dates 4 weeks ahead but wont say which date they release them on ie a Friday for example. I ring each day as they dont book travel clinics online and every day they say not released or no nurse working that week or no schedule listed or all booked. I did managed to get booked for 4 weeks ahead once but they phoned the next day and cancelled it saying it shouldnt have been offered. I have gone elsewhere for all the ones you pay for even though GP prices are much cheaper due to this but was hoping to get the free ones for free.

Does anyone know if I can go anywhere else for free ones. Thanks

I am trying to book for family of 6 but am only looking for single/individual appointments each as there is no chance of longer ones.
