Need some holiday inspiration

Looking for a holiday destination that's a 3 hour max flight, has reasonable weather in March/April with a good mix of places to explore for adults who like to hike and look at waterfalls and scenery and places for the kids to enjoy who would 3ish and 5.

The last 3 years we've been to gran canaria, Lanzarote and Tenerife so looking for some other recommendations

Madeira? Not sure what the flight time is. Lots of lovely scenery and giant tortoises for the kids!

I’m not sure anywhere within a 3hr flight has reasonable weather in March/April. Cyprus or Turkey has a mix of things for adults and kids but the flights are more like 4hrs and the weather isn’t guaranteed. That said I have been bitten by going to Spain and getting snow in March so a bit cautious on this!
