Efterling

Anyone been and stayed at Efterling in the Netherlands? Hoping to find an indoor water park nearby or on route back to Calais. Anyone done or know about this?

There’s an indoor tropical swimming complex at Center Parcs De Vossemeren

Also at CP De Haan / Erperheide. Duinrell also - though you might be theme parked out after Efteling. Efteling is lovely, though I've only ever been for the day and not stayed there.

Efteling is fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay in Efteling - the theming of the hotel was great, the pool was extremely boring though - just a basic swimming pool so we didn’t bother using it. Maybe look up such Dutch centre parks ?
I think a theme park and a nearby indoor water park is quite hard to find but
completely different location - Europapark in Germany has a theme park and an indoor water park.

I absolutely loved Efteling, we went twice, second time staying in the cute town houses in Bosrijk, it was so lovely, so pretty and peaceful. One of my favourite holidays.

Plopsa de Panne (theme park in Belgium) has a water park which looks great fun, especially for kids. It's pretty close to Calais though.

The pool at Bosrijk is great fun, lazy river, buckets of water overhead that you can control and a big hot tub. My 7 year old had to be dragged out at closing (10pm) after full days in Efteling. It's a big factor in why we always stay at Bosrijk. The pool at the Grand Hotel doesn't look anywhere near as interesting.

Duinrell for waterpark, it's brilliant. We have stayed there and done day trips to Efteling.
