Dh and I have an unexpected window of 10 days to go away in Feb and we would like to go somewhere in the Caribbean (we think). Does anyone have any recommendations? We have a British airways companion voucher thing to use so we need to fly with them but other than that no restrictions really.

We absolutely loved kitts and Nevis, very safe and easy. We booked a cheap AI through BA holidays with flights and used that for 2 nights on st kitts at the beginning and the end then got the ferry to Nevis and booked our own hotel. Loved it, the food, the beaches, the jungle. Hired cars. So easy.

went to St Lucia a couple of years later and didn’t feel particularly safe wandering round on our own….

Antigua is our favourite.

Grenada is my absolute favourite, closely followed by Antigua.

Hi - I'm looking for a 5* hotel that is suitable for a 5 and 7 year old. I want to be able to spend a lot of time at the hotel by the pool and beach, but also head out for dinner if need be and not be confined to booking dinners at the hotel each night. Can anyone suggest anything? My two are quite noisy and rambunctious so I would definitely want to aim for a family friendly hotel.

Thanks!
