Holiday in summer holidays that is similar to Majorca but not as hot!

I am loooking for a summer holiday fora family of 4 , we love Majorca but usually go in May half term. Sadly we can’t this year as daughter has GCSE’s . In the summer Majorca will be searing hot and we really like temperatures that are 26-30 not above!! We get heat rash! We also love the coves and lush greenery of Majorca.
does anyone have any holiday recommendations that have the similar vibe to Majorca , with coves/ beaches/ snorkelling but not as hot? love Cala D’Or and Puerto Pollensa and soller.
we are pretty active, usually hire a car and a villa.

Algarve. It's on the Atlantic and considerably cooler than Mallorca in my experience. The sea and pools never really get warm. My favourite place is Alvor though it's more of a body boarding beach than snorkeling.

The Algarve - having repped on the Med and then two summers in The Algarve, it was much more pleasant in high season. That’s the Atlantic coast for you 😃
