Baby friendly accommodation in Italy

We would like to holiday with our baby in Italy in the next few months, little one will be between 6 and 9 months old.

I am looking for recommendations for a place to stay that is like a guest house or small hotel (10 rooms max) and caters for young families in particular. Ideally they’d offer breakfast and also facilities to self cater for the rest so for example a kitchenette or a communal fridge. Bonus points if they have high chairs, cribs, changing tables, and kid friendly surroundings such as a pool, play park etc.

Has anyone been to a place like this and can recommend?

A little bigger than you want, but I definitely recommend Borgo Pignano in Tuscany.
