I’m going to Nerja next month for a week and would like some tips on restaurants, places to visit and any other advice. Is hiring a car recommended? Would rather not really.

I spent a week there in the summer and didn’t need a car. Caught a bus into the hillside village of beautiful Frigliana - lovely to walk around the cobbled streets. Also caught a bus into Malaga which was lovely too. Didn’t see the caves as they needed booking well in advance but otherwise really enjoyed. I ate out - plenty of places to recommend but I’m trying to remember the beautiful pasta restaurant in Nerja. If I remember the name, I’ll come back.

I went on holiday to beautiful Frigiliana years ago so I am no help but following for inspo.

Went last year, lots of places to eat and we didn't have a car. Fav place to eat was free tapas with every drink purchased!!!

What should I wear and pack? Will it be warm enough to swim in the sea? Doubtful I suppose.
