"boutique" resort with kids club

Looking for recommendations on somewhere to stay for a beach / hot weather holiday in the Med in May half term or August. Not fussed on exactly where but we would like a great kids club (high standards and a decent range of activities), a decent food offering, and no issues finding a sunbed by the pool. On the beach and/or with easy access to a nearby town would be amazing too.

Places we have loved in the past and would love to be cloned in various locations across Europe are Mousses in Lefkada (been 3 times so taking a break this year - it's perfect!) and Chateau Les Carrasses near Beziers (gorgeous!).

I'd love to do a Kinderhotel type holiday but the weather in Austria looks a bit hit and miss and my kids just want to play with other kids (they are very sociable - we would never do a villa holiday as they wouldn't be able to make friends), and it looks like they might be the only English speakers at Kinderhotels.

We've done Ikos in the past but it's too expensive for what you get in the summer holidays. We would like to spend max £8k for a week (2 adults 2 kids).

We don't need anywhere super luxurious or with a ton of facilities.

Any suggestions?

Scott Dunn do the best kids clubs have a look in their site. I’ve used them in Portugal and Croatia.

How old are your kids?

If primary age then look at Bella Mare in Corfu and GK Beach in Crete - both through Simpson and similar to
Mousses but for slightly older kids. We had a great week at Bella Mare.

There are also a few places in France similar to Les Carrasse. Have a look at I escape with kids website. Country Kids comes to mind though it’s very pricey. But there are others too.

Alpine Elements does alpine holidays with kids’ clubs - all British guests.

Or there’s Mark Warner / Neilsons - good childcare but works best if you and/or DH would value the included sports options, I don’t think it’s a good fit if you just want a kids club. Food is not amazing.

Thank you. Kids are 5 and 8. We were looking at GK Beach Hotel but the accommodation looks a bit small, and bit concerned that the kids club won't be enough for us. What did you do at Bella Mare apart from sunbathing? I can't remember why I discounted that one, possibly due to being further from the airport/ a nearby town
