First family holiday with two children

Can anyone recommend a resort/hotel for our first family holiday with two children (4 and 1) in July. Destination I am open on (as long as within Europe) but my main criteria is:

• An apartment style room - with a living room and separate bedroom. Bonus points for two bedrooms
• All inclusive or half board with good food. Not too fussed about alcohol so no need for premium spirits etc.
• A cracking mini disco
• Nice restaurants nearby

It feels like I’m asking for the impossible so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't been yet but I searched for months and have booked Hotel Royal Son Bou, Menorca, in June, which I think ticks all those boxes! Also a short flight, quick transfer. Our children will be 3 and 5.
I trawled threads on here, Facebook and other sites and this kept coming up as a great place.
I hope you get more good recommendations!

Voya Resort in sunny beach bulgaria.

All inc. We had a one bedroom apartment.

Food was cool. Loads of baby food and puree type stuff. Large selection of foods too
Ultra clean Resort.
Staff couldnt do enough for us.

We had an easy week flights arent too long and price is good.

Our kids were 1 and 3.

Pretty much anywhere in Menorca.

Royal Son Bou is brilliant for families with children that age but there aren’t many restaurants nearby. I can only remember one within walking distance.
Grecotel Marine Palace in Crete is near to lots of lovely tavernas and delis

Honestly just go AI at this age. Takes the ball ache out of all the logistics. Many of them have this kind of accommodation but here’s a few recommendations AI and not AI. Pine cliffs Portugal, Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, Blue Lagoon Cyprus, Liberty Signa Turkey.
