Holiday Feb/Mar ?

We have to go away then, DH has to use up holiday.

I'm looking for ideas , not beach or family, probably escorted tours.

Our recent long holidays have been Egypt, southern Africa, Peru/Ecuador, Vietnam/Cambodia etc.

Problem is the weather - we don't want monsoons, or excessive heat/cold.

Costa Rica and Sri Lanka have good weather at that time of year. Both are safe, have varied things to see and do, and are easy to get about.

South Africa? Brazil? Oman?
