Christ The Redeemer

Hi we are hoping to do a big trip next year ? And plan on visiting Christ The Redeemer , I have read to try and avoid the weekend when it’s very busy
Does anyone know what the best time of day is during the week please ? And the best way to get there ie train , van or cable car ? I have looked at the train with some people saying it’s scenic

The train is scenic. There isn’t a cable car, that’s sugar loaf.

I would plan it around the weather as you don’t want to go when it’s cloudy. We did it by train ourselves with 6yo DS, no need for an organised tour.

I went on a weekday morning in April. We actually went on our first day in Rio as we were up so early and it was a lovely sunny day.
