Anyone been to Morocco in January?

Is it warm enough for kids to use the pool etc?

I have been every January for the last 6 years. I would say no, the pool will be freezing! It is generally around 22 degrees or so in the day but doesn't warm up until lunchtime. Beautiful blue skies tho 💙

You’ll need an indoor pool.

Some hotels.have heated pools. We stayed in marrakech in February and the normal pool was shockingly cold despite the sunshine but the heated pool was perfect.

We went 2 years ago in December and I have to say it really depends on where in Morocco you go. We did a tour and the North is much different from the south. It's enjoyable of course, but keep that in mind when booking (I agree with heated pools anyway especially for younger children). We used info from here here and here , if you want to see how is it in Morocco in winter (and in general).
