Italy holiday with food experience

So I’m looking for a holiday next year where we can sort of experience food in a more hands on way I.e grape and olive harvesting, making pasta and mozzarella! Any suggestions?

Look for an agroturismo perhaps ? We had an amazing meal at one in Sardinia but you can stay there too, like a farm B&B.
