Centre Parcs/Ribby Hall Alternative?

I'm hoping to book a pre christmas break for the family - 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 toddler.

I'm looking for centre parcs vibes but not centre parcs prices lol.

I've looked at Bluestone and Ribby Hall and they look great but DH also wants a hot tub/nicer accom and they don't have that.

We've looked at Tattershall Lakes but the reviews are so mixed it's put me off, same for Retallack.

List of must haves - hot tub, indoor pool, soft play, activities.

Does anyone have any hidden gems to suggest please? 🙏🏻

Have you seen what you can get on Hoseasons?

Ribby hall does have hot tubs in the cottages if that helps

@Forgottenmyphone Darwin Forest is on my list, I was just a little disappointed they don't have any Christmas activities running.

@amilliondreamsofsleep I've been down a hoseasons rabbit hole, I've found a couple of really lovely options but nothing that seems perfect. The spots with nicer accommodation usually lack in facilities and the ones with great facilities have not so great accommodation.

@PeopleAreToads thank you, I did check out the hot tub lodges at Ribby but they're fully booked for our dates 😩
