This was my 1st experience booking an EasyJet holiday and although booking the holiday was fine there is absolutely NO support if you have a problem whilst away. This resort was an absolute shambles and I wish I'd believed the few poor reviews on TripAdvisor as they were actually the reality!! After providing a detailed report supported with photos and videos they just brushed me off with a crappy apology email without addressing the major issues I raised. Beware of this resort and EasyJet's lack of care if there is an issue!!
